What do I need to do to get started?
Dog Adoption may assist you with outstanding vet work. Unfortunately, we cannot re-home your dog if you refuse to allow it to be sterilised .
- Complete the re-homing questionnaire
- Provide relevant vet paper work as prompted on the re-homing form
- Provide photos or make arrangements for us to help you
- Pay the $145 administration fee
